plus and purchases.
cancel or change plus.
plus renews automatically until you cancel. cancel or switch between monthly and yearly in your Apple subscription settings, or in the app: you → manage.
restore a purchase.
on a new phone, or if plus isn’t showing: you → restore purchases. use the same Apple account you bought it with.
refunds.
purchases go through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
your closet and your data.
take your closet with you.
you → export my closet makes a zip of your pieces, looks and collections, with their photos.
sign out.
you → sign out. your closet and looks stay on this phone.
delete everything.
you → delete everything deletes your account and removes your closet, looks, fit pics, outfits and trips from the phone and from iCloud, then signs you out. it needs a connection, it asks you to confirm with Apple first, and it can’t be undone. a plus subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.
